2. Eligibility
Using the site or booking a service accepts these Terms. Services are for persons aged 18 or over who present valid ID and complete a truthful health declaration; we may refuse a booking where a procedure is contraindicated.
3. Consultation and booking
Each procedure requires a prior consultation, patch test, aftercare briefing and our written confirmation. Scope, price in hryvnia and duration are disclosed before the contract under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015 is concluded.
4. Hygiene
Procedures follow Law of Ukraine No. 4004-XII 'On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemic Welfare of the Population' of 24 February 1994, with documented hygiene and sterilisation procedures.
5. Complaints and refunds
Complaints sent to contact@smfarthome.com or to our registered address are handled within the periods of Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023; refunds are made by the original payment method. The competent authority is the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
6. Personal data and cookies
Data are processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024 and our Privacy Policy; non-essential cookies are set only with prior consent.
7. Claims and liability
Descriptions of services, results and practitioner qualifications are truthful and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996. Individual results vary. We are not liable for outcomes caused by false health disclosures or ignored aftercare; statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Governing law and language
Ukrainian law applies; disputes are heard by the courts of Kyiv. Information is published in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language' of 25 April 2019; this English text is a convenience translation and the Ukrainian version prevails.
