What the consultation actually covers

Before any needle is opened, we sit down and decide whether a cosmetic tattoo is the right choice for your skin, your schedule and your expectations. Nothing is booked on the strength of a photo message.

Design discussion

We map brow, lip or eyeliner shape directly onto your face with a pencil first, then adjust to bone structure, symmetry and how you normally fill them in. You approve the drawing before it becomes permanent. Bring reference photos if you have them, and we will say plainly which parts are achievable on your skin.

Suitability review

We go through your medical history, medications, allergies, previous permanent makeup and any skin conditions in the treatment area. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infections, certain blood thinners and uncontrolled skin disease are reasons to postpone. If something needs a doctor's opinion first, we will tell you and stop there.

Patch test recommendation

We recommend a pigment patch test at least 48 hours before your first session, placed behind the ear or on the inner forearm. It is quick and it is the only honest way to rule out a reaction. Results vary between people, healing takes weeks, and fading or a touch-up may be needed later.

Cosmetic tattooing here is a cosmetic procedure only. It is not a treatment or a cure for any skin, eye or medical condition.

Before, during, and after your consultation

A consultation is a suitability review, not a sales appointment. We discuss design, technique, healing, and consent before any booking is confirmed.

  1. 01

    Before 20 min

    Review, patch test, and contraindications

We ask about medication, pregnancy, skin conditions, allergies, and previous cosmetic tattoo. A patch test is arranged where relevant. You receive written aftercare and consent points to read at home.

Consent note: you can pause or stop at any point.

  2. 02

    During 30 min

    Design mapping and technique explanation

Your artist maps the shape and pigment plan, explains needle choice and numbing steps, and shows the sealed single-use kit. Ask to see the sterilisation indicator before we begin.

Hygiene note: every tool is documented in the treatment record.

  3. 03

    After 4 to 6 weeks

    Healing review and touch-up decision

Healing takes time and results vary. We book a review after 4 to 6 weeks to assess pigment retention and decide whether a touch-up is appropriate. No result is guaranteed.

Aftercare note: follow the written sheet and contact us with unusual swelling or irritation.

Notes and disclaimers

What this consultation is, and what it is not

A consultation is a conversation about design, technique and suitability. It is not a promise of a specific outcome, and no result can be guaranteed.

Results vary
Healing takes time. Pigment settles, softens and fades at different rates depending on skin type, aftercare and lifestyle. A touch-up session may be needed to reach the agreed design.
Known risks are discussed first
Redness, swelling, uneven retention, sensitivity and colour shift can occur. Your artist explains these openly during the consultation so you can decide without pressure.
A cosmetic procedure, not medical care
Cosmetic tattoo is a cosmetic service. It is not a treatment or cure for skin, eye or other medical conditions. We do not provide medical advice and ask you to consult your doctor where relevant.
Adults 18 and over, Kyiv studio
Appointments are booked for clients aged 18 or older at our Kyiv studio. Photo ID is checked in person before any procedure begins.
