Age Verification Policy

smfarthome.com provides cosmetic tattoo and permanent makeup services only to adults aged 18 and over.

1. Adults only

We do not serve anyone under 18. Minors cannot book, and bookings made by or for a minor are declined. Parental consent does not change this rule.

2. Identity checks

Before a procedure we may ask for valid photo ID showing your date of birth (passport, ID card or driving licence). If acceptable ID is not provided, we may refuse the service. We process only data needed for age verification under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024.

3. Bookings

By booking you confirm you are 18+ and that your details are accurate. False information breaches our terms and may lead to cancellation.

4. Consumer information

Before a service contract we provide clear information on the service, price, terms, complaints and refunds, and the competent consumer-protection authority, under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023. Information is available in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language' of 25 April 2019; English is additional.

5. Hygiene and claims

Documented hygiene and sterilisation procedures apply under Law of Ukraine No. 4004-XII 'On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemic Welfare of the Population' of 24 February 1994. Claims on qualifications, safety and permanence are truthful and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996.
