Tattoo and permanent-makeup services and aftercare — performance of the contract.
Accounting, tax and complaints — legal obligations.
Marketing — separate consent only, withdrawable at any time.

Essential cookies only by default. Analytics or advertising cookies are set after prior informed consent and can be refused without losing access.

5. Retention

Enquiries not converted to bookings: 12 months. Service records: 3 years after the last service. Accounting documents: statutory period. Consent records: withdrawal plus 3 years.

6. Sharing

Hosting, email, payment and accounting providers; public authorities where legally required. Processors act under written contracts.

7. Your rights
