1. Consultation, consent and patch test
Every booking begins with a consultation on the service, skin condition, allergies and history, and a contraindication review. We recommend a patch test for pigment services at least 48 hours before. Informed written consent is required and may be withdrawn before the service. Services are cosmetic, not medical treatment.
2. Hygiene and sterilisation
Documented hygiene and sterilisation procedures apply under Law of Ukraine No. 4004-XII 'On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemic Welfare of the Population' of 24 February 1994. Single-use items are not reused; reusable instruments are sterilised.
3. Results and claims
Results vary by person with skin, healing and aftercare; identical outcomes are not guaranteed. Claims are truthful and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996.
4. Complaints, refunds and personal data
Pre-contract information on service, price, complaints and refunds is given before booking; the competent authority is the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023; No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015). Health data are processed with prior consent under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX of 25 April 2024; see our Privacy Policy.
